The Kanawha Valley Board of REALTORS® and Multiple Listing Service, Inc., and Young’s Publishing, have come together to offer our members a new, cost effective and consumer friendly avenue to advertise current listings in the “Greater Kanawha Valley Guide to Real Estate” magazine.

Each Member has the option to “opt in” for a 6 month period where all of your listing will appear on the web and in the monthly “Greater Kanawha Valley Guide to Real Estate” magazine.  The first “opt in” deadline is August 7, 2008. The next opportunity to “opt in” will be February 7, 2009. A new “opt in” / “opt out” period will come due each February 7th and August 7th annually.

The cost to each Member to “opt in” and have all current listings advertised will be $180 (pre-paid) per “opt in” period (6-months). Members, in addition, can still purchase full or half page ads in 6 month intervals at: $245* /Full Page and/or $165*/ Half Page (*monthly).
